Family member ordered a hamburger steak with fries. Got a hamburer and cheese no bun and no fries. My shrimp was cold.
Definitely good food with flavor. The service could be more attentive. Refills were offered once, then sat with a empty... glass. Prices were slightly high, but with inflation, likely a good price now days. The food temperature was super hot -Burger, burrito, fries and garlic cheese balls. Stopped for Dinner 4 people 2 of us ordered NY Strip . Steaks had good flavor and tender. Undercooked. Ordered Medium Rare and... both came out rare. I don?t mind as I like Rare. My brother did mine but we didn?t complain. For the reason the server was nonexistent. Both daughters ordered shrimp Alfredo. No flavor on shrimp and over cooked . Pasta and sauce was good. We shared spindip . Flavor was there but extremely runny. Worst part about whole experience was Server/Waitstaff and host . Host sat us andjust dropped menus like a brick . Waitress only came by to take orders and drop food off. Brother ordered mushrooms for hissteak never got them. She never checked up on us until I started to shake my ice in cup . I then still had to ask for anotherdrink . There was only 2 tables in the restaurant at that time. Ask for Togo boxes when she brings check. She sighs andbrings. 1 box back for 3 meals ? HONESTLY I do not enjoy leaving a bad review. But.. The wait time was about 45 minutes before we received our food and we were... the ONLY people in the ENTIRE restaurant.. The menu was very limited, and prices were high. For steak no prices showed on menu, when asked why, "so we can change as needed".. The steak was mediocre ???? The bison burger was good, and the prime rib wastasteless... I gave this place a few trys before I wrote this and I must admit I will not be back.. The restaurant itself isbeautiful ????, but food is very expensive and not really worth the price.. waitress was not friendly each time i came/different people each time...wait time is extreme and most meals only come with one side for $15.99 to $35.99 !! EXCELLENT! Customer service was very professional & polite. Delivery of food was on the mark. Now for the food.....BEST hand... tossed/batter dipped mushrooms I ever had. Not over cooked. Mushrooms still had shape & texture. NOT greesy. The batter waslight & flakey with the correct crunch. No need to drench in a sauce, as the flavor was there. And the steak???? No need to askfor any steak sauce, as this steak was cooked to perfection, with no need for salt or pepper, not to mention tender & melted inmy mouth. This was a lunch, & we will return for a dinner. We pray all of what we are posting stays the same when therestaurant is packed & under pressure ????.5 star for sure! Read more
We are from Florida and I am here to say that this is the first time I have had a legit farm to table type dinner and it was... worth every penny! I even asked our server to tell the owner to please build us one in Florida. It was such and amazing steakand sides. I can't boast anymore on how good our dinner was. I will most definitely be back to eat if we ever pass through againwe will be back! Read more
Waited forever for a cheeseburger, which was over priced and way over cooked. I could tell the beef was good quality but there... was no seasoning and cooked so long it was dried out. The prices are outrageous and I doubt I will go back. If they over cook aburger, what will they do to a good cut of steak?? Ugh. Read more
