This Burger King in Mount Washington has outstanding drive-through service In the morning when I drove through there was little... waiting this is why I always eat at this Burger King . My orders were always correct and hot and fresh . Their rodeo burgeris my choice They have thick natural French fries that actually taste like potatoes . Friendly service . They always get my food ready pretty quickly and remain friendly despite being obviously short handed and probably a bit... stressed. Given how consistently terrible the McDonalds up the road has been for me I always go here for breakfast or a bite onthe way home. My only comment might be asking you to make sure you put napkins in the takeout bags since im often too daft tocheck. Can?t help cackling at some of these reviews though ?she did not smile but the food was good she?s just in the wrongjob?. Chapped me a bit since clearly whoever writes stuff like that has not had to hustle when shorthanded or clean a fryer. Youbought a burger and manners not a smile. Disappointed. My kids burgers did not taste flamed grilled. My whopper looked like it had been pressed flat. The order I placed... online was not ready when I got here, still had to wait 10 minutes. However, the fries were good. Read more
Waited almost 45 minutes in the drive thru. Also had 2 cars in the other line go before me when I made it first because of some... confusion happening inside. The food was fine but definitely was like eating at a dine in restaurant. Read more
I don't know who the little girl working drive thru is but I have never heard "what" so many times in the drive thru. I asked... for a surge to drink, as some burger King locations have this, and she rang us in for a small cone. We get to the window, myboyfriend gives her his card, and she is not making eye contact says nothing to us. Didn't even tell us the order total and thenhands us a small cone which we didn't order. Maybe if she would have listened to us and repeated the order back then thiswouldn't have happened. And you people want 15 an hour? Read more
Ordered a Jr. Whopper with cheese. I specifically asked that it be hot. Cold, took it back to counter and asked f they could... put in microwave for a couple of seconds. We don't have a microwave but I can put in the oven. It was a complete mess. Won'teat there again. Seconds time food was cold. Read more
