Excellent sandwich, good service and friendly staff. Grabbed a couple sandwiches for my daughter and I. They have a little... variation from a standard Subway. But they are clear and well posted. Read more

Staff could speak up when talking to customers. And be a bit friendlier. Food is fresh and done to yo uh r request.

terrible management. there is an insanely high turnover with staff at this location. the owners essentially want young labor... that they can underpay, overwork, otherwise exploit and verbally bully into submission. textbook manipulation and illegalbusiness practices here daily behind the scenes. Brook was amazing! Been here 3 days in a row and she always has a smile on her face! They seem to be short staffed like alot of... other places, but she is holding down the fort like a rockstar! I used to work in the food industry and know how hard it can beto keep a positive attitude, especially when you're the only one there! So way to go lady and thanks for making my sandwichessuper yum!! Horrible customer service. I ordered a regular menu item -6" breakfast sub with ham egg and cheese. Standard item. She... overcharged me by ringing it up as a regular 6" ham sub and added .75 for the egg. I pointed out that it's just a ham egg andcheese sub for $5.99 but she said she didn't "have a button for it". I didn't request a refund for .75 egg that should've beenincluded, but asked if maybe they could figure out where that button is for next time. I came in a week later and this time, Iordered the same ham/egg/cheese breakfast sub but as a combo for$4.99. she charged me $9.00!! I pointed out that it's only$4.99 and she said that she didn't have a button for it. She said there was nothing she could do about it and that she hasalready given me a discount. She had rung up my 6-in breakfast sandwich as a footlong and then discounted it to drop the pricedown to $9 and said that there was nothing more that she can do. I offered to give her $4.99 plus tax in cash and she could justset it aside and get help from her manager to figure out how to ring this in. She said she couldn't do that. I asked her what Iwas supposed to do at this point. She said I could either pay the $9 which already includes a discount or I can leave without mysandwich. Obviously, I left without my sandwich but that's ridiculous! I'm not creating some weird crazy menu item. It's astandard item with a picture on the board with a price listed on the board. Even if there is not a button for it, which thereshould be, she still should be able to collect a little over $5 from me and let me have my sandwich! Read more

We went there and walked in, not being acknowledged by EITHER employee. One was on his phone, not doing anything, the other... walked in and furthermore didn't acknowledge us. Instead of helping us, she decides to fill an online order, after we hadalready been there for 15 minutes with nobody caring to come even ask our order. I suggest this places gets new employees thatcan actually do their jobs. Will never go there again. Read more
