Great service!! It was super busy on a Friday afternoon but everyone was friendly (the hostess was the least friendly, didn't... greet us, even tho we were the only ones waiting to be helped, and we had to ask her if there was a list we needed to be puton). They brought out fresh chips, mild salsa (you have a choice between mild and spicy, which is great) and our drinks veryquickly (my husband thought the Cadillac margaritas were on the small side). The food took awhile but it was definitely worthit. I had the carne asada street tacos (not what they're called on the menu) and there wasn't one piece of gristle or fat onthem and they were seasoned perfectly. My husband had the small combination, which was actually three items, a crispy taco, anenchilada, and a tostada. He was very happy and actually couldn't eat it all (rare). What we had was typical Mex restaurantfare. It's not gourmet, but it was pretty dang good. If you want gourmet go to Anacortes, to Frida's!! Read more

OH it was good! I haven't been back to South Texas in 5 years & this has been the closest! The meal was hot, tasty, tortillas... were good. Flour a little tough, every where salsa & chips are diff but it was good. That happy hr margarita was good & did thejob & tasty cheesey refried beans! The service was great, the hostess gentleman was nice & service was kind & great. Thank youvery much Read more

Good food, great service. The waitress was really kind and quick to action. Them asking if I wanted a spicier salsa instead of... assuming was very much appreciated! Will be coming back again! Read more

I ordered enchiladas through doordash and the food I received was aweful. I asked for shredded beef and I got what I can only... assume was ground beef. The sauce was oily, and the texture resembled canned cat food. I had good memories of this place as akid, but the quality has obviously gone downhill. Read more

Cozy little Mexican cafe, great service, great food and very fair prices. You can get a great taco salad with the option of... actual steak, (fajita meat), not just shredded beef! Housemade tortillas and salsas that don't kill your tastebuds. Read more
