1st time eating here. They are putting out some of the best BBQ I?ve ever eaten! Ribs fell off the bone - tender and juicy. ... Chicken - Smokey taste wonderful. Beans with chunks of rib meat to die for. Nothing to fault them for - well done! All servedup with a happy smile. There is no reason for me to ever try cooking BBQ ribs at home ever again! Great bbq spot! Only 4 stars cause it?s not super consistent with texture but still good! I got the the brisket sandwich, pork... spare rips and Mac and cheese. I couldn?t believe their Mac and cheese It was bomb! Different but bomb! Their sauce is reallywhere it?s at. That spice bbq sauce is too good. This was our first experience eating at Kelley?s. I ordered takeout for two and spent almost $60. I ordered ?sliced brisket? and... you can see from the picture that most of it is crumbles. The pieces of the meat were very dry and some I actually spit outbecause the edges were so tough to chew. Don?t know if this was just a bad day for the kitchen but then, my wife opened the Macand cheese and after sampling a bite, she looked at me and I asked her what was wrong. She said the Mac and cheese is likeeating clumps. Mushy and clumped together. We probably won?t be back but at least we can say ?we tried Kelly?s BBQ.? Read more
Talk about customer service! They treat you like family and I do have to say that the pulled pork sandwhich was extremely tender... and juicy! The side of coleslaw was a great enhancer with texture and flavor and speaking of flavor I couldn't get enough of theBBQ sauce! Apparently the owners sister owns Branks BBQ down near Puyallup for those who can't make the drive for Kelly's BBQand trust me I wish I could. 5/5 on every level Read more
The BBQ is so good even is fat you don't feel it heavy for your stomach after eat, so that is what I like and the service... incredible. The lady who's taking the order is so kind. My favorite the pork sandwich. Read more
We ordered 1/4 lb. servings to sample several different meats and they said "nobody has done that before." The Reuben was on... special and highly recommended; I wish I had tried that. Our order was $25 for what is pictured which seemed a bit pricey, butKelley's is worth the exit off I-5 into Mt. Vernon. Read more
Grabbed lunch here on a whim after visiting the tulip fields (tip: Kelley's is OPEN on weekends during the Skagit Valley Tulip... Festival!). Excellent customer service and even better food. The brisket was amazing, the macaroni was devoured by adults andtoddlers alike, and the beans were loaded with onions and flavor. Looking forward to making Kelley's BBQ part of our annualtulip festival traditions. Read more
The Brisket isn't as greasy as I prefer it to be but the spare ribs are beyond belief tender and fall off the bones and plenty... of fat! Read more
