Highly disappointed by the very tiny pierogies we ordered that had no taste at all. There couldn't have been much more than a... teaspoon of filling in each pierogie. Will stick to Mrs. T's pierogies in the freezer section, however, staff was friendly andservice was good. Carryout only, no seating. Read more
Love the jerk chicken Perogies and golumpkies Outstanding. Chef and his wife shared good food with us. Soooo good. Good quality... meats and ingredients. Loved the goulash also. I'm amazed at the variety of items they serve fresh and homemade! There's a great reason to go every day of the week to try... something new! From daily Brunch to incredible Pierogis to Waffle Wednesdays, Taco Thursdays and Flatbread Fridays andSaturdays the options are incredible! I have yet to try everything, but I'm looking forward to it, because everything I've hadso far is so delicious, and like nothing you can get in the area. The owners couldn't be more nice or genuine! Moving back to Mount Vernon after 8 years overseas and very happy to see a place like this in our town. Highly recommend the... goulash, we upcharged to swap the white rice for their garlic mashed potatoes with it and my wife and I shared the bowl and nota drop was left, insanely good flavor and just how it should be. The sweet plantains on the menu was a nice surprise and doneperfectly without being sticky or burnt. We will be back! Read more
We stopped by on a whim and were so happy that we did. My husband had the spinach and feta pierogis. He is Polish and approved... 100% of these. I had the polish sausage bowl with salad and plantains and it was absolutely amazing. I have a gluten allergyand was so impressed with how much care and attention was paid to the food preparation. All of the food was fresh andlocally-sourced when possible. I highly recommend stopping by this restaurant. It is by far the most impressive place I?ve beento in the area. Read more
WOW! Really great food. Everything is seriously slap but the vegetarian curry bowl is ridiculously amazing. The 4 cheese... pierogis were tasty. They aren't open all day and just carryout which is ok I guess, we really prefer to go anyway but great tofinally have a local place that seems to care about good food than the usual nonsense in this town.
