They are always eager to get your order out to you in a hurry but they usually check it for accuracy. Never disappointed by BK.
Went through the drive thru today with a 1 item order. Original chicken with cheese. Only car in line. After waiting 3-5... minutes at the window I received my order and drove off. I received a chicken sandwich without cheese. The customer servicewas good and people were helpful. Sad they couldn?t get a simple one item order delivered accurately. Read more
We recently went through the drive through. Staff accidently handed out our food to the previous vehicle. Drive through staff... apologized multiple times and immediately made our order fresh for us. We had to pull forward to wait for fresh food. Managernot only brought our food out, but apologized again and gave us coupns for our next visit. Overall, crew handled the mix upprofessionally and made it more than right. Thank you! Read more
This place has already gone down hill, pretty quickly... Apparently they only cared about trying to produce decent product... during grand opening, as the first few times I've went here, it was great. It's since got worse and worse with my last visitstarting with the girls giggling on the headset while I was trying to order. Food was handed out quickly, which would have beengreat, but as soon as tasting it, it became obvious that it was sitting under the heat lamp for far to long. The food wasn'tfresh in the least of the sense, burger was absolutely dry, without enough sauce, to the point I threw it away. I choked downthe fries, which were okay, and the nuggets that was as dry as the hamburger. Quick order, and the order was right, but thefood was absolutely awful. Bummer, as I was one of the few people excited that they were putting something closer on this sideof town, but, still going to be driving across town to the old and original. Wouldnt recommend this Burger King, as otherreviews, and overall rating, seems to reflect similar experiences for most. Note: Standard fast food joints for me get a 3-starrating if it's an average/typical fast food, experience. If they're exceptionally better, or worse, I typically take the timewrite a review. If I could give a half of a star I would. First I had the cashier give me the wrong amount of change and I had to say something... an then my order was to go and she put it on a tray. I had to correct her again. She seemed out of it. I really hoped for abetter experience since it was my first time at that location. Read more
I'm not usually one to submit bad reviews and complain. Especially now a days when people don't even want to work, and I work in... the food industry so I know how it is. But wow. My wife and I went here for a quick supper. Ordered our food. Drove our 3 minutedrive home, started to eat and wow. The fries were as if they were fried and thrown in the walk in to be served from there. Thewhoppers were deconstructed in the wrappers. Service was very friendly and we got all of our food. But paying $25 for 2 whoppermeals of that quality, very disappointing, and the store wasn't even busy. Read more
