As much as I wish I could give this no stars.. i basically came there to get food and the cashier RECOMMENDED I GET LARGE FRIES... Now this Popeye's need the people of this area to cook, serve and deal with customers. Order spicy get mild. Cold and soggy... fries during a busy time. Rock hard biscuit and you have no butter. You are fast to take our money and extremely slow to giveadequate service. Being honest if you don't like the people of this area why work here.??? Upfront you are just a step away froma robot serving us. Just a terrible visit all together. Threw the food away because nothing was prepared properly. Thanks forwasting my hard earned money. I wish I could give this place a 0 star but I can't. The customer service is a disgrace. They're constantly short staff and... they're always low on food items. Instead of providing good customer service, they are quick to refund order and give you yourmoney back to send you on your way. Terrible management and service from a business located in this already burdened community.Shame! Read more
This is the worst Popeyes you can ever go to! You receive your food COLD and made VERY POORLY. To top it off your standing there... waiting for your order for almost an half hour!
