Customer service is horrible ! I spent 70$ on food for the family only to realize my carrot juice was old & had a slime... consistency! I was disgusted & called the store back to tell them i traveled far and I would be glad to send them picturesvideos whatever needed. I asked to speak to the manager & they hung up in my face . I?m a Caribbean woman I?ve ate from my patty shops than I care to remember and this one was a huge disappointment. I ask for... what I want politely. It?s bad enough that you have to wait a long time but then when you get to the counter the customerservice person is at the least indifferent and unpleasant. Their attitude is sour. Even though you tell them you can?t here whatthey are saying they make no effort to be clearer or speak louder. Why would management want someone like that representingtheir business. In the time I was there I saw people ahead of me leave without getting their order. Golden Krust need to investin more customer service training to encourage repeat and new word of mouth business for example smile; speak up when thecustomer says they can?t hear you to make yourself understood, look like you?re awake Can you imagine how more money would bemade with well trained staff! Great food and good service. I ordered some hominy porridge and oxtail there recently. The hominy was so good it touched my... soul. The oxtail was very good but there was hardly any meat. I just let my husband know I won't be cooking these items for himanymore. Keep up the good work. Great staff, enough people sharing food so there is hardly any wait. Read more
Horrible service. I ordered large oxtail with rice and peas and plantain, I was served 5 small oxtail with brown rice with no... plantain. I was charged $27. I?m never coming back here again. Read more
