Great service, I ordered the French dip sandwich. This has to be the best french dip I've had from anywhere. The meat tasted... like it came straight from a deli. I would recommend anyone to come try this place. Read more
I can?t say much because we chose not to eat here. Menu was not great. 6 different deli sandwiches. Everything sounds greasy... with bacon on it or a Rueben. I was going to go for a vegetarian sandwich but then it was a 30 min wait. So we headed down toPanda Express nearby, which was cheaper faster and likely better. We needed to hit the road. At first we were the only ones in drive-through line and there was four of us, it took us 30 minutes to get our food. Nothing... like extending your road trip because of slow service. The avocado sandwiches had almost no avocado, not worth it. We haveMcAlister's all over were we live and never had a bad experience. Would not recommend this one. Read more
This location is right behind the drury Inn where we stayed. We are here twice and the ladies up front We're super friendly... personable helpful and just made you feel like you were at home. Kudos to these people who are working hard in our crazy worldright now highly recommend this location You might have to wait a little while and realize that mcalister's is really not afast food place they make your food fresh but the food is hot and delicious. They will not disappoint just be patient be kindand friendly and you will be treated like family. Read more

Stopped tonight passing through the area. We got there at 7 PM. We ordered 2 sandwiches; a cold club, and a hot beef,... horseradish and cheddar along with a half a spud, a bag of chips and 2 drinks. After paying $28 we sat in the drive thruwaiting for our food for 25 minutes. After waiting, my roast beef, horseradish and cheddar sandwich was cold. Part of thebread was burnt and the side that wasn't burnt barely had any toppings other than sauce. The baked potato was barely warm. Thebag of chips was full of crumbs. They gave us 2 free cookies for waiting so long and they were hard and dry. There weren'tany napkins in the bag either. This is the 2nd time we've had this experience at the Mt. Vernon location and won't ever return. Read more
