I'm hard of hearing & I have trouble understanding what is said on the speaker. Every time I've ordered they interrupt. I ask... for two, two-piece chicken dinner and they ask if I want the three-piece box something. I wanted both original and extra crispy. I was told they only had one of each which wasn't enough and I asked how long would it be, they said four minutes I said okayI'll wait. I tried several times to place the rest of my order constantly being interrupted. Finally I said would you shut upand listen. I know it sounds rude. Normally I'm friendly to customer service because I know it's not an easy job but reallyhow rude. I drove off and went somewhere else.
