They didn't get the order right n I didn't find out until I had already took my kids into McDonald to eat and since I don't eat... what they put for my order I had to pay for more food at McDonald's... My husband loved his food from there which was 3 tacoswith extra beef n cheese. Read more

Our visit to Taco Bell in Mount Sterling was great! My wife and I went in for lunch. We used the kiosk to order our food. We... prefer this face to face so we don't feel pressured to hurry. However, someone was ready to take our order if needed. We paid atthe kiosk upon completion of our order and had a seat. The tables and dining area were nice and clean. There were several otherpatrons eating there as well. Based on the conversation I overheard, some people think the lobby is way too cold. It was a bitchili, but this is a perfect environment to enter during the summer. Our order was ready in about 7 mins. The food was very hotand fresh. I know this is supposed to be fast food, but I will gladly wait 7 to 10 mins for hot and fresh food. The order wasmade to perfection. I love taco bell but the service could use some work. Two people took break at the same time right before I ordered. There was a... line around the corner outside the building so I went in thinking it would be quicker. It wasn't, there was 1 person in front ofme when I ordered and 2 more people that were there together waiting for food. It took almost 20 minutes for me to get my order.The person working the front kept stopping and catering to 2 younger girls, one of them was calling her mom and instead ofworking she kept stopping to get them things or talk. They did order but were a bit obnoxious. It shouldn't have taken that longto get my food and no one working there seemed to care or even appear like they were in a good mood. You chose to work here, youcan at least pretend you're in a half decent mood. If you really do hate your job please find something else to do. I honestlydon't understand how this place usually stays busy with the staff they currently have. Probably going to be a while before Ibother coming here again. I went in to eat. Bathrooms are modest (men's only has one toilet) but decent and well-maintained. Cashier was attentive and... friendly. Seating area was clean and had plenty of different options for different needs. Drink fountain worked well. The foodthey gave me was pretty standard Taco Bell, but my items had more in them than Taco Bell locations in Lexington, leading me tobelieve I've been getting ripped off by Lexington Taco Bells.
