Ordered 6 inches sub, not quite 6 inches, smallest sandwich I?ve ever seen, asked for plenty of black olives she said sure, like... she really did it!! but only allowed to give 4 little olives per six inch, 6 olives for an entire foot long!! There was a large cling ad on the glass and then the glass was super dirty. I mentioned it and got no response from the... employee. He then acted like he got a huge bonus for left over food. He put less cheese than normal, put barely any of thetopings we asked for, and acting bothered when we asked for more. The "more" we asked for was less than what employees (at everySubway) add to sandwiches. The lady who checked us out was nice. Our receipt says 9/23 5:53:12 pm. But with how he seemed sotroubled with actually using topings he might have been the manager trying to cut costs. Edit: The glass I am talking about itthe one they put down over the food. Read more
Couldn't hear at the Drive thru as the volume was inaudible. I asked if I could pull around and order. They were very rude about... this. I will NEVER be stopping at their location again. Save yourself the trouble...way too many other good places to eat in MtSterling than to waste your time on this garbage of a place. Read more
Showed up and drive thru was closed due to staffing issues. Went in to pick up my order that I already paid for on the App, they... were supposedly out of a few items on my order. The cashier refused to offer a replacement and then I asked for my money back onthe items I wouldn't be getting. But the cashier ignored my request as if I wasn't there. I'm not sure how that is legal, I paidfor services that were not received. So glad to be moving to Lexington this weekend, maybe I'll find a much better Subwaylocation. This store is a joke. Went thru drive thru, couldn't hear the cashier so I pulled to window, was told by cashier to come inside and order because... there was a car behind me. Not sure what the car behind me had to do with it so I came to door and she met me saying the doorwas broke, at that point I told her maybe your boss should fix all the broken things wrong with the store so everyone isn'tinconvenienced!!!! Same employee told me to leave!!! Evidently there is a problem at this location with broken speakers indrive thru that you can barely hear what there saying along with broken doors and rude employees!!!! My husband and I went here and we were very disappointed. We had to go through the drive through because dining area was closed.... We ordered salads. They put the wrong meats on the wrong salads. My husband orderd the cold cut salad and they just plopped themeat on top with out cutting it up. They left my dressing off and honestly the salads weren't worth buying. They didn't put muchveggies in it at all. Probably will not come back to this subway. ???? Read more
Been through here plenty of time as many other subway locations. First time someone told me they couldn't heat the meat ONLY in... their microwave. Pregnant women aren't supposed to eat lunch meat unless it's been heated to a certain temperature. Thislocation and many others have heated meat only for us. The other person said she could and she did it with an attitude and thenwas kinda rude the rest of the time. I'll go back but if I keep having to deal with rude employees I promise I won't be back andmy generous 4 star will quickly diminish. Read more
