Mt. Sterling, KY store First, my server and the floor staff were very nice. There were some serious issues, however : 1) the... food took over 40 minutes to come out and my pancakes were saturated in black, dirty grease. The server agreed they were awfuland did replace but they should never have been served in the first place. My sons hashbrown were old and dry. Everything elsewas yummy. MORE TROUBLING: 2) I am in a wheelchair. I understand that they can be bulky and can sometimes be hard to place sothey do not block walkways. However, it appeared that you had a far back corner where all "special " customers were seated. Not just those of us with physical limitations but also developmental disabilities. ( I believe there were 3 mobility limitedand 2 or 3 developmentally delayed customers all in the same area) This feels dehumanizing and like a person is being hiddenaway from "normal" customers. ***UPDATE Sent the requested email to resolve this and have GOTTEN NO REPLY! Always a great experience... was waited on by a young lady from high school who was very prompt courteous and hand a great... smile( even with braces). She will go along way with the company! Never an issue with the food or preparation time! Read more

We are from GA and everything was wonderful..mostly our waitress Sam B. She was great. We ate there 2 mornings in a row and we... asked for her the second time...had to wait a little longer to get her but she was worth it..made us feel at home. Read more

The service is just awful anymore. I continue giving chances and they continue to let me down. I ordered a Turkey n dressing... meal tonight with Mac n cheese and broccoli casserole. My husband gets there to pick up and they were out of casserole. Fine, Iorder a loaded baked potato. The lady on the phone asked if I wanted biscuits or corn muffins so I order corn muffin and a sideof ranch. Get my food there is no gravy on the Turkey or dressing. No cranberry sauce which is supposed to come with it. No cornmuffins which she asked if I wanted. No side of ranch and the potato was not even done or it was old since it was crunchy. Sucha let down that half of the food was missing. I worked for Cracker Barrel for 4 1/2 years and it used to be a great place toeat. It?s continuing to go downhill everyday. Wish Mt. Sterling could get better places to eat with better service and quality.I tried calling to get it fixed and no answer as they were about to close when I called. $15 for half of the food to be missing. I love to visit cracker barrel! The atomosphere is so much fun! We always browse the store and check out the cool historical... items they have hanging around! We had breakfast for lunch and loved it! The fried apples and biscuits are delish! I can'tget as good a breakfast anywhere else at lunchtime! Their food is a bit pricey, but once and a while you have to treat yourselfand your loved ones! Read more

Was there for dinner on Saturday,had a new server waited 45 min for our food kitchen was slow according to mngr ,we feel... management should have come around to apologize. Management did comp the meal after we had to complain. Read more

Our waiter was very personable along with the other staff. The food seemed ok but not for Cracker Barrel prices or standards.
