I go to this starbucks every day and have been since I moved to the area (2 years). This one is an out of the way drive in the... morning, but the ones closer to me were disappointing. Totally it is worth the extra few minutes for our commute. My drinks aregreat and taste exactly the same, day after day, no matter who is there. The staff are wonderful and friendly and my kids lookforward to seeing them every morning (we absolutely LOVE kathleen). There are quite a few bad reviews on here, but what theydescribe is nowhere near my experience at this location. Read more
A Disaster in the Morning. Don't go inside. Regular (Pikes Place) coffee was 15 minute wait, and then only got it because I... went back to the cashier. Friend who arrived a little later waited 35 minutes for their regular (Pikes Place) coffee, and onlygot his after asking for his money back. Other people with different orders likewise waiting 15-35 minutes. How anyone couldcome here on their way to work is beyond me Read more
If you like long lines and a Starbucks that never has necessary ingredients for being a coffee shop, maybe you'd like this... location. Today I ordered two Carmel Frappuccino after driving away we tried both and notice that it's not sweet at all and can't taste... coffee. It was not worth to go back i was far away but I will not go back to this location again. Maybe employees should taketraining again how to make Frappuccino the Wright way. The worst Starbucks store so rude so disrespectful just pointless attitude. My wife went the and our order was all wrong so we... called and complained. The store manager said to come in to re do our order and a refund on tip of that and that was not theissue. The issue was when we got there from the beginning once I said we had a card and to cover the order the old lady have methis nasty attitude and told me to go park and come in I said no and ask her to speak with a manager she was complaining thatshe has to go in the back and get him and itll be a long time pretty much refusing to get him. So 10min of arguing back andforth he came and told me to go park and same thin I refused so he said that he will not serve me my drinks and to leave Iliterally stood in the line until I got what I ordered he gave me my order and my card after 15min arguing. I just dont get ifyou know you have a line why cant you just go and do what your customer is asking you to do.. at the end my drinks wore stillwrong and the the manager wannabe named Mike lied my refund was supposed to be 12$ he have me 4$.... wors location. The place has a ton of super comfortable chairs where you can get your work done. The regulars are super friendly. The music is... decent and the die-hard staff are great! Awesome music, environment and coffee! I am a coffee drinker and this is a good placefor a person such as myself. Quick service and amazing quality as you can expect! Delicious drip coffee and other caffeineboosting options. This place is a coffee science house, so it is definitely worth the trip. They brew a select batch everydaymeaning you can go multiple times for a different tasting. I recommend coming here to relax, its cozy, and comfy which is nice.So go experience it yourself. Read more
Just went to the drive thru, no blonde roast and no offer to do a pour over. But ordered a caramel macchiato and well the coffee... was thrown together. Disgusting flavor. Never mind this location. Read more
