Quaint place, great host-waiter-busboy. I recommend the sour soup it's pretty good. The ham hock was on the dry side. Kind of... hard to chew, but tasty enough to forget the drieness. Portions are large, where you can share your plate. Read more

Terrific food. I highly recommend the lobster and spinach pierogi with mushroom sauce. So full of flavor. The blueberry ones... were also delicious as was the mushroom soup and the grilled sausage. Read more
This was the first time I had been there. I had take away orders of the Polish Platter. It was absolutely fantastic we loved... everything. Can't wait for the next in person visit and sample other items. The raspberry pierogies were awesome, highlyrecommend it. Read more
10th visit of mine over the time they've been open for business and it just gets better each time. Tonight I went for the rack... of lamb and it was out of this world. Fingerling potatoes fried just perfectly. The mushroom gravy had me on my knees. Servedwith a squash and I ate all of it. I'm normally not a squash person. I find my taste buds doesn't usually like squash. This wasreally good. The whole meal was delicious and seasoned perfectly. The spices were measured out so all the tastes were reallybalanced. I've tried quite a few of the entrees and I have never had such good polish food anywhere in Chicago. I work inChicago and you'd probably be surprised at how many Polish Chicagoans drive to Mount Prospect to eat here. How lucky we are tohave this place in our town. I had 2 mojitos (drinks) here made by Alex. I lived in Mojitoville aka South Florida and I've neverhad a better one. I say that with sincerity. Thank you Alex. This used to be a gem among restaurants, where you could proudly take visitors for a delightful dining experience. Innovative... flavor combinations, stunning presentation, all made Qulinarnia a very special place. This is not the case anymore. The creativemenu was altered and the lunch specials are mediocre.
