The person making sandwiches asked if we wanted to add a 2nd sandwich as it was but 1, get 1 free, so we did. Once it was time... to pay she then revealed it was a promo only through the app so we ended up paying for a second sandwich that we did notanticipate paying for. Ordered chicken salad online. Picked up and saw chicken was raw when I got home. Went back and manager acknowledged that... they've been having customer complaints lately about the chicken.
