This location is the best in the area. Why 1 star? Its 2022 and everyone uses the apps for rewards and deals. Popeyes only... allows you to use promo codes via online mobile ordering for pick up only. I dont like ordering food on apps because I cancustomize my order. I dont like the fact I cant use a code in the drive thru or lobby. I came to popeyes specifically for thetwo can dine promos. Cant use them anymore. So It seems like I won't be coming to popeyes in the future. Customer satisfactionis everything. McDonalds has the fast food game in a headlock with the rewards and deals. Read more

Shift leader was very rude not professional at all. I had place and order thru the app arrived at 6 pm waited for about 5 min... until staff approached me to get my order number. Staff stated that my order wasn?t coming up she said I can cancel or wait. Idecided to wait since my nephew had also placed and he was waiting for his food to be ready. Kindly asked staff to check on myorder when my nephew received his order. Once again she stated nothing was coming up. Walked away and help other customers. Onceagain kindly asked is she help me resolve the issue. Stated she could do anything since my order was not coming thru. Saidbasically had me wait 20 min for nothing did try to take time to assist me in anyway. (Is unfair that my nephew had to wait inthe lobby for 20 min with his order) I have never work in a fast food restaurant but I can assure you that if I was in her placeI would of assisted my customer with taking the order and make sure she got her food with minutes of her nephew getting hisorder. The next day I try calling the store supervisor to place a complaint and I was just given the turn around she is notavailable, she went to the bank, call before 4pm. When she finally got someone t talk to me I make sure to ask are you the storemanager as I was explaining my issues I realize I was most likely talking to the same person I can an issue the night before Iasked again is she was the store manager she stated that the store manager didn?t come in until after 4pm. I had never had sucha horrible experience in any restaurant before I felt humiliated and embarrassed on how I was treated in front of othercustomers. Read more

Spicy Tenders are excellent, Chicken Sandwich was great, and like the fries better than that other chicken places waffle fries.... Best fried chicken much crispier and I can get spicy at all locations. Even the way they packaged the bags was impressive.Employees they hustle and work hard at this location. Good customer service. Fastest service I have ever gotten at a Popeye's.Quality of taste is understandable with price. The bathroom is clean, so is the dining room. I've used the drive thru also anddidn't have a problem. Will definitely be back to Popeye?s! I would highly recommend this location. Read more

Today I experienced the worst time at Popeyes first of the food was great but the manager was being harassed by another customer... and they are very short handed the lady also threw her food at the manger and told her to come outside! No one was helping thisyoung lady?s employees just stand around and watch it seemed like the manger was the only one working please help and getworkers . The chicken is very good, but the store is managed poorly... every order in the last 6 months is delayed (30+ minutes) or wrong.... The staff is unfriendly and frantic , perhaps due to being understaffed. The dining room being used as a storage forrestaurant consumables isn't a great look either. I would recommend finding another store to patronize and use this one as alast resort. Read more

This place needs to fire and rehire new people ???? and evaluate the quality of the food they?re serving. Every single time I... place a mobile order, I get there, and they park me. They?re never actually busy at this location, and they park me for up to10-15 minutes while they sit and talk on the phone and laugh. They?re always out of stuff and instead of telling you that theyjust don?t give you the item that you paid for ???? they don?t answer the phones but sit on the phone while working. AND theyclose before the actual closing time always ???? and they?re also super rude. No customer service skills. It?s like a resturantwith 12 year olds working and no type of manager. Hope this place can get better soon. Based by reviews I?m not the only one whofeels this way. So sad. I grew up on Popeyes and never had I been to a restaurant so busted down and unprofessional. And theportions have gotten extremely small, 2 bites and done small, and the chicken is never full meaty chicken anymore, it?s overcooked tough dry meat. And they never remember your sauce so don?t bother even ordering any if you aren?t in their face. Andthere is potholes that can really mess up your car in their drive thru. So be careful for those! I had to repeat my order several times, even drove up to window and Repeat slowly and they still messed it up. Wasn't a hard... order. Number 3 and 6 dollar shrimp tackle box? How had is that? Than they over charged me, biscuit comes with the combo and myreceipt showed she charged me for the biscuit. She forgot my dipping sauce, than when I asked for dipping sauce manager yelledin back ground we charge extra for sauce! I looked at that girl and said gimme the sauce and im not paying extra, as I shouldcharge you for my gas waiting 28 minutes in a drive through. I love Popeyes but I will never go to that one and inform its theonly near me. Read more

I would like to share for today at this location, 1790 W Algonquin Rd,. My. Prospect, IL. I wanted to have good food for today... so I decided to try with other Popeyes location and this time was Awesome! The food (Tenders) and Cajun Fries and the servicewas great too. Mrs. Eva (Manager) took order for me and she is kind and knows what she?s doing. And I like to share for anothercustomer who was picking mobile order while I am waiting for my food. When the customer came for pick-up, the Manager checkedthe receipt again before customer leaves and she found out the missing item and checked the order if all included so customerdidn?t miss anything. I would give out more stars if possible. Thank you so much for the great food today!! I would definitelycome this place again and will introduce to others as well. ???????????? Read more
