On Wednesday June 1, 2022. Terrible customer service at around 3:00pm - 3:30pm. Walked in and stood waiting for service. One... employee walked by and did not acknowledge us. Not even a simple "hi... someone will be right with you...". I noticed there waspossibly a shift change. That should be not be an excuse. (I suspect management is partly to blame on the failed operationalaspect during shift turnover). I understand the challenges of staff shortages in the services sector... but blatantly walking(back and forth multiple times) in front of your customers who have been standing there for five minutes without at least asimple acknowledgement is terrible. I've been to many other Panda Expresses and was never treated this poorly. Restaurant hadno napkins. (Roll of bathroom paper towel in place of napkins at soda machine) Three separate customers had to come back to askfor plastic forks. Tables were dirty. Floor in front of the drink machine was wet and slippery. This location does not evenhave a drive-thru. On the plus side: The food was good. Portion size was generous. Mount Prospect Panda Express has potential.Service is below standards in this particular restaurant when compared to other Panda Expresses. Read more
I usually have a good experience here until today May 24, 2022 10:50 am. One of the servers was kenni and i dont know the other... one?s name. They both seemed rude and unprofessional. They didnt even fill up the plate when i ordered. Like i said it was myfirst bad experience here. I hope a manager sees this. Read more
Great service, good food and nice location with parking!!!
Fast service, decent food (I mean for the price, we all know it is not healthy). I like their orange chicken and beijing beef... and that?s why i wanted to go there. Prices are really affordable to everyone and you get a huge amount of food! The line waslong but it was moving fast. The only thing that was bad were tables. They were sooo dirty, and obviously not cleaned. All ofthem. If dine in is allowed, I think they should clean them??????? Read more
Busy when I walked in all staff were pitching in to help keep the line moving. I had asked, about the Pepper Chicken if it was... hot? She said, "made with pepper but not spicy hot"and she was correct! Unfortunately there didn't seem to be very much chickenthat serving. Clean tables and floors. Read more
