I stopped in for lunch (at 2:00pm) to use a discount card sold by local high school groups. Jersey Mike?s deal was free chips... and a drink with purchase of a sandwich so worth the price of the card. While the food was great, what made this visit amazingwas the extremely friendly and helpful guys working. They were funny, friendly and extremely helpful with not only my discountcard, but also the gift card I used to pay. Everything is electronic these days. Swipe this, swipe that, insert your card facedown and to the left, but only if Jupiter is in retrograde. As I get older, I get tired of fast food employees who refuse tosmile, barely look at you when they mumble ?whadd?ya want?? And generally look like they hate life. The gentlemen who waited onme at Jersey Mikes were wonderful and I will even brave the idiotically designed parking lot at Randhurst mall to go back tothis Jersey Mikes specifically. Read more
The sandwiches sold at this spot are so good. I went here for the first time, and since then I have gone here mainly because I... like their sandwiches to the point that they are satisfying and can satisfy my cravings for sandwiches. Their menu is huge andhas a variety of options, and it is really nice. I got to choose any sandwich I liked, and I also had a chance to taste someother unique sandwiches that are available on their menu. The prices, on the other hand, are fair and reasonable. I would saythat the prices are just about worth it considering the taste and quality of the sandwiches. The place is also clean and has apleasant interior, which is another reason why it feels good going in here. It is a small spot, but the atmosphere and vibe aregreat. The staff are also friendly and accommodating. The service is also fast and at the same time, they gave accurate ordersand they also accepted my orders when I wanted to, like, not include something sort of. This is the first time going to Jersey Mike's. It was a great first experience. I got the #9/ full sandwich w/ everything on it... and Mike's way which comes with oil and vinegar and Italian seasoning (I think). The sandwich was HUGE. They asked me if I wouldlike it cut in thirds or half(I took thirds). I will be going back very soon. This is the sandwich I remembered from mychildhood sandwich place. It was awesome. Read more

Normally we love this location but have been having some issues here lately. The most recent being placing an order online for a... future pick up time, my husband arrived 10 minutes early to already done (now completely cold) Philly cheesesteaks. Just had topop my sandwich in the microwave. I live less than 7 minutes from the shop. Trying to call and talk to someone to resolve theissue and there is no answer after attempting several times. It's been two days and I still can't stop thinking about the Big Kahuna sandwich I had. The two guys working were friendly and... fun, and made suggestions while i stared blankly at the menu. What could have been an annoying moment for them, was made into apositive interaction because of their attitude. They were quick with the order, which was beyond delicious.
