Worst dunkin donuts ever... they charged extra for less ice option on ice coffee... I never saw this charge in any other dunkin.
They lock the lobby doors early. At least a half hour before they close. So your only opion is to go thru the drive thru and... guess what theyhave available. Also, ordered hit chocolate for my kids, it was so watered down, that it basically tastes likebrown water. The staff was very polite and friendly, but still very disappointed with the experience. We go to this location all the time and today we ordered a Large Iced Machta Latte and something just wasn't right about it. I'm... not sure if the milk was bad or something was different about the way it was made but it did not taste good. We've never had aproblem with this location before, so we went back through the drive thru and dealt with Michael, who also claims to be theowner. After explaining to him the drink did not taste good and that I just wanted it to be remade, Michael refused to remakethe drink for me. He replied, "I don't want to remake the drink for you because what if you don't like it again, that would be awaste. I would rather refund you the money or give you a completely different drink." I don't drink coffee so I did not wantanything else and just asked it to be remade but he rudely said, "I would rather just give you a refund." That was by far theworst customer experience I have had at any Dunkin' Donuts. Although this location is 2 minutes down the road, I would ratherdrive 10 minutes out of my way than dealing with this location ever again. Read more
Today I went into Dunkin Donuts to buy a birthday cake for my daughter. Of course, it was last minute, because it is how I... operate unfortunately. The manager Mike was hesitant to say yes to the cake request from what I could sense, as I was clearlyasking for a miracle. I could tell he was the kind of person who aims to accommodate others, because he never complained or saidno. Instead, he discussed options of cakes where he could physically handle the workload before the party tomorrow. I want togive him a big shoutout for being so gracious, kind, and helpful.
