We drive up to the drive though and order icream with nuts. Then we drove up to pay to find out that only one of our oders had... nuts. Called to ask if they had a specific cake flavor available for purchase. Was told they have many cakes and they didn?t know if... they had that. I needed to ask if they could check . They said they were too busy to check . I ask if I should call back in ahalf hour and they hung up on me. Read more

What a joke this dunkin and the worker who works here is!! I went to the drive thru on November 11th and started ordering my... order. I clearly told that I want small mocha latte with less ice and he didn't understood for the first time. I repeated it butstill he was not able to understand it. I knew the language he was speaking and he didn't knew that. He then started to abuse mein the language I also knew. I don't want to write here what he told me. We left from there without ordering it. This is thefirst time I am facing such issue in the states. Worst dunkin ever. I am also reporting this issue to the franchise. Read more

This place has to be one of the worst places. We went through the drive through and order two ice creams with hot fudge and... nuts. Then we drove up to pay and noticed one ice cream did not have nuts so we kindly asked if she could add nuts. The ladyjust gave me a nasty look and refused to add nuts. I was in complete Disbelief and repeated my request and she began to arguewith me about the nuts!!!!!!!!! Worst place ever. Read more
