After the recent disappointed visit to Kopp's in WI, we decided to try another frozen custard joint in the sticks, it is a 20... miles drive from downtown but it is better than going to the other locations in the south side. The custard base (vanilla) isthe same as others, I still see people calling this ice creame in their reviews so it is true that not many people know thedifference between ice creame and frozen custard, it is really just the egg yolk. People shouldn't compare ice cream and frozencustard, they are not the same. The ice cream is all right. Their menu is more confusing than the train map of Paris. Great place for a late-night hangout and a... late-night ice cream with friends and family. Some of their concretes are pretty good, but some of the other concretes one mustbe cautious about. Cautious, because they may look beautiful and tasty in the picture, but it is an entirely different storywhen you get one both in taste and how it looks. Their parking space is very limited during busy nights (on summer weekends andwhen there is no school). Their drive-thru gets super crazy and busy specifically at this location ? primarily when school isout. Wait times sometime will exceed on weekend nights both in drive-thru or in-person/on foot. There is no inside dine-in atthis location. There are benches outside the store in front and along the parking lot. Overall, it is a clean and a pleasantplace if you decide to eat your ice cream on-sight. They do have bathrooms in the back which is extremely helpful when you havekids. The staff is very friendly, and they try their best to make everyone walk away happy. I will recommend this place in thistown if you want to have a late-night ice cream and want to hang out with friends and family outdoors. Read more
I love Andy?s!! I take this place over any fast food ice cream or other ice cream places (such a Cold Stone Creamery) I?ve been... at. Period. The flavor is not too sweet and it?s just so good! Having rewards will also bring you to one freebie! I totallyrecommend it! Read more
It was certainly interesting and delicious. I wish there are some more fruit based flavors but for anyone who loves chocolate in... anything and everything then this is your place. The serving size is also decent. Read more
This place was PACKED when we showed up at 10 pm. People were outside just sitting and enjoying their custard and I knew already... it would be good. The line was long but moved quickly thanks to their fast and efficient service, the custard itself wasabsolutely delicious. I got a banana split and have been thinking about it since I ate it! We've stopped at this Andy's several times whenever we've been in town. It's almost always been a seamless, ideal process. The... last time we were in, we were charged for someone else's order in addition to our own, so we will be taking care of that. That'sthe only reason for the lack of a fifth star. Read more
