Well, the lights were on, but no one was home. It was midnight, and Google said open, their drive thru window said open til 2am,... there were two presumably employee cars there, but no visible sign of not being open. 30 minutes later I came back by, andpeople were still driving through trying to get some food. There?s a sign in the entrance to the inside dining that says opentil 11, but if that?s the case be thorough about it. Hiring all positions apparently, so someone please go make it to whereWhataburger down the road isn?t literally the only option for anyone on the road after 11 ??????????? I wasn?t about to sit inline for an hour. only gave a second star cause they might be okay during the day. The woman at the counter just stood there and said to use the kiosk. Then failed to give us non-stale taco shells nor our cups.
I was spoken to very rudely when I asked for the managers phone number or the DM's number someone that was not in that store I... was given the store number I was verbally assaulted by one of the cashiers and the food order was wrong and it tasted like ithad been sitting there for at least a week the tortillas were hard as crackers and I'm not talking about the crunchy tacos and Ihave not been able to get an answer to talk to a DM the place is not fit for dog food Read more
Worst Taco Bell I've ever experienced. Wrong orders, cold food, poorly made food (think 10 shreds of cheese in a cheesy roll... up). Gave them a second chance and had the same experience. Definitely will not be returning. Read more
Worst Taco Bell I've ever been to! They are always out of nearly everything I try to order! No potatoes or Baja blast tonight!... Last time no steak. Time before that no potatoes! People in the drive through window are super rude and seem annoyed that theyactually have to do something when you order. I usually love me some Taco Bell but never get anything I want or good servicewhen I go to the Mt Pleasant location. I would love to see new management and some new friendly staff. Seriously it has become the worst place in MP to eat. The food has become sad. The service is not there. Orders take too long... and ended up missing something. No ice and drink machine needs to be replaced. Sorry, this place is just not worth going to atall... Read more
I keep trying to give this place a chance but staff is rude 2 younger ladies helped me out. They forget items they don't get the... orders right.. leaves alot to be desired I really hope upper management fixes these issues Read more
