Ordered Randy's Burgers and Fries for a work lunch. Called the day before and everyone was so helpful to make sure we had... everything we needed. Very disappointed in the customer service of the young lady taking the dine in orders and the ?manager? on duty today. A special... needs man and his friend walked in asking for a cup of ice water. The cashier informed him they would have to pay for faucetwater because it was their policy. The gentleman wasn?t understanding and kept asking. Rudely, the cashier walks off and anotherlady came. I assume she was the manager. He asked for water, stated him and his companion had been walking in 100° weather andthey eat there regularly. As I was standing to offer to pay, the manager threw up her hands & said fine I?ll just go ahead andI?ll give it to you. I understand policy. She should have said this time with an explanation behind it. This man wasnoticeably special needs as his friend was. After the couple left, the staff continued to talk and laugh about the man and whathad happened. They spoke so loud that we could hear them at our table. Very disappointing in how they were treated when theyare regular paying patrons at that establishment. Giving styrofoam/ plastic cups and city water hasn?t hurt anymore. Greatcustomer service goes a long way. Read more
