Worst customer service experience ever. Stood in the lobby over 15 minutes and was never greeted by any employee. When asked for... the manager, was told he was on break, before exiting the store the manager came in the door. When approached by othercustomers, the manager was very unprofessional and upheld the behaviors displayed instead of remaining professional. Manager wasasked for district manager name and number. It was provided, however the manager said to the employees "Y'all are not introuble, I'll speak to Denise myself" Never have I encountered so much unprofessionalism in any fast-food restaurant. How this places stays in business is a mystery. At 8:30PM on Friday, the dining room was closed! Polite staff yet was missing quite a bit of food and was told they were busy because they were out of quite a bit of food. When... I chose to wait for it was brought food out but half of it wasn?t there. All sides were missing, except one. Drinks had no ice,no sauces even tho asked for. I love Popeyes Fried Chicken, so much that I will drive (round trip) 26 miles to get some. But each time I go there's always... something wrong. Like your friend offering you Kool aid with no sugar or cereal with no milk????. One time they could onlyaccept cash. One time I waited in line for 20 minutes(they told me to park). I got tired of waiting on the side got back in thelong line and waited till I got up to the window where the young girl looked at me and said that she thought another staffperson had already took my order to the car(15 minutes more!). They always repeat your order back to you at the window and it isalways wrong by the time you get to the pick up window. On my recent trip, I ordered the 11 piece with family sized Cajun Rice.The lady taking the order suggested I get the family pack with 2 sides for $32.68. She asked what 2 sides would I like? Macaroniand Cheese and Cajun Rice, when I got to the pick up window, I was informed that they had neither! I just took the chicken. We were passing thru Mt.Pleasant and thought we would like Popeyes. Well..not best choice. First, not a single table was clean.... Literally, all tables were dirty. The bar type area had employees phones and bags on it. So we had to wipe a table off to sit.2nd, the floors were filthy. Looked like it had not been swept in days.3rd, the fountain area was a mess. No napkins, no lidsfor medium cups, trash all around, and machine was dirty on outside. Lastly, took 17 minutes to get two combos to us. It washot, so hot had to wait to cool off. Hard to eat when came right out of fryer. So had to wait a few more minutes beforeeating.Yes food was fresh, but way too hot.
