Worst customer service experience ever. Stood in the lobby over 15 minutes and was never greeted by any employee. When asked for... the manager, was told he was on break, before exiting the store the manager came in the door. When approached by othercustomers, the manager was very unprofessional and upheld the behaviors displayed instead of remaining professional. Manager wasasked for district manager name and number. It was provided, however the manager said to the employees "Y'all are not introuble, I'll speak to Denise myself" Never have I encountered so much unprofessionalism in any fast-food restaurant. How this places stays in business is a mystery. At 8:30PM on Friday, the dining room was closed! Polite staff yet was missing quite a bit of food and was told they were busy because they were out of quite a bit of food. When... I chose to wait for it was brought food out but half of it wasn?t there. All sides were missing, except one. Drinks had no ice,no sauces even tho asked for.
