The sauce was not great, there was no cream sauce, the salmon was dry. Do not recommend this plate, just go with the salad.
I am a foodie, and I really enjoy trying out new places. This is a place I would literally recommend to anyone. The only reason... I did not give it a 5 star is because the salmon fettuccine is not it y’all! But everything else was 5 star. Great serviceeven though they were understaffed and quick return on our food orders. Today while making a store run I stopped into Nardello's for the salad and sandwich lunch special. I ordered salad with standard... vinaigrette, and chose to go with the meatball sandwich. When the menu says 'signature house made' meatballs, I feel obligatedto give it a try. The hoagie roll was not toasted as I would expect with a saucey sandwich, but it held up well. The meatballsare tender and we'll cooked although the sauce and cheese tend to over power the taste at times. All in all it is a goodcombination of salad and sandwich for a lighter lunch choice. I will rate this visit as a 3 but will have to come back for thepizza. That is what I'm told they do best. Update Apr 7 2022. Tonight we went in to try the Ahi Tuna special that had beenposted for this weekend. Even as a person who has little regard for fish, this was a fabulous dish. The sesame peanut dressingdrizzled over the greens was a perfect compliment to the exemplary cooked Tuna. I also ordered the bourbon plum sauce glazedpork chop. It was moist, tender and equally as pleasing. The restaurant was packed and the service personnel were still veryattentive and happy. I have nothing negative to say about any part of the evening. We really only go here when family visits. We hope it'll be a fun experience but we are usually left less than impressed. This... most recent visit, we took my mom and sister. My mom seemed to enjoyed her rueben sandwich. We ordered two different pizzas buthonestly not much to say about them. Nothing memorable about them. Pretty much the same thing with the zucchini and cheesybread. It was warmer than normal so there must be issues with their AC. Usually we are freezing while we are there but not thistime. As a margarita pizza connoisseur I was slightly disappointed. In my experience, the perfect margarita pizza has the right amount... of sauce, fresh mozzarella, olive oil, basil, perfect crust and tomatoes. This pizza had perfect crust, basil and tasty sauce.It didn't have fresh tomatoes, the mozzarella didnt melt quite right and it was dripping sauce. I'll be trying the veggie pizzanext but hey, don't get me wrong, best pizza place in town, since we are comparing to little Caesars. 4 stars cause the oven isawesome and the guy twirling pizza dough created a nice atmosphere. Roasted chicken sandwich was good, not more than that. One of the people in my party got the salmon pasta and didn't take more... than 3 bites. Pasta didn't have any sauce and salmon was dry. Sangria was bitter. Visited during dinner time. Read more
Our first time to Mt Pleasant, Texas and we found this quaint pizza place Nardello’s. We ordered 2 pizzas and hummus. Their... food was tasty and their service was good. I gave it four stars because I thought the pizza could use a little bit more topping.They are also pet-friendly on the patio. It’s located on the town square. The courthouse across the street plays music fromthe rooftop and so we walked the square after eating. It's May and the town is filled with blooming red roses! I visit Nardello's every time I'm in town visiting family in the area. The last trip we went 3 days in a row ???? It's so... good!!! We enjoy the atmosphere (especially the outside patio), appetizers, Jimmy salad and the Margherita pizza among others.My husband also appreciates the selection of local craft beers.
