I never go to IHOP due to a situation many years ago. I was hungry for fried steak and eggs and this was the best, if not only,... option in town. There seemed to be only 1 person working the whole restaurant. It was several minutes before I was seated. Itold the worker what I wanted and was told they were out of that. Everytime we come here (5-6pm) there is no crowd so there is always a lot of seating and the waitresses have always been prompt.... No long way time for drinks or food. The food was great! I love an IHOP breakfast for dinner!! Read more
I walked in and had 2 ladies immediately tell me they'd be right with me as they were helping other customers. Jeffrey was my... waitor and honestly it was the best service I've had in months. He made fresh coffee and was very personable, and not just withme. He was talking to customers that weren't even his tables and just made it a great atmosphere. I had the spicy fajita poblanobowl. It came out quick, hot, and fresh. Jeffrey made sure I didn't need anything to go and I went about my way. I recommendthis establishment to anyone who enjoys old school hospitality. Wow? I don?t even want to give one star. My husband, myself and our 2 daughters were out of town for a softball tournament. We... stopped in for a late dinner, my husband ordered pork Mac n cheese sandwich, which looked amazing why I took a pic. He took abite and tasted funny, so he took another just to see and the pork was RAW, 100% raw. He called our waitress over to let herknow, she asked it he wanted anything else. He went outside threw up, then all through the night immediately sick. The managerwhom didn?t even come check on us, made the waitress bring our ticket and let us know she didn?t charge us for it. We were defnot asking for all free meals but seriously, the manager should have came herself to our table. To top it off, my husband askedto speak with her, she explained she is down a cook, SHE cooked it herself, she also said she smelled it when the plate wastaken back and threw the remainder of meat away because it was bad? knowing she cooked it and it was bad and still no customerservice to own it and apologize. Waited 45 minutes in a near empty restaurant for our food, which came out cold. The waitress also treated us as if we were an... annoyance. Too bad because, we're actually quite good tippers but, she'll never know that. Read more
The wateriest got our drinks took our order and we did not receive our food the people that came in after us got theirs before... we did . We even waited to see if our was coming out next when I. Fact it did not . Very bad dining experience . Can?t say wewill be back . Good luck to the next dinner?s . It looked as though the other waitress . Had gotten our order but who knows wewere told nothing . And walked out . Just so you know we had a very simple order 55 menus French toast bacon , and 55 menu with3 pancakes with bacon .
