Went inside to order, took well over 10 minutes before anyone came to the counter, so we could order. We ordered off the menu... board, and was rang up for the wrong meals. The lady working says their numbers on the menu board doesn?t match what?s on theirregisters. She did refund us our money and we paid for the right items. It took another 10-15 minutes for them to make our food.When we went to pick up our tray, we were missing the fries for our meals, the lady fixed that for us. They had several extrasandwiches sitting there not being used, which makes it seem like they have been messing up a lot of orders, or over making foodand it?s just sitting. The lady in the drive through was complete rude didn?t want to take my order and refused to get a manager
Average service. Decent food. Almost all tables needed to be wiped.
BEWARE!!! Not only did the little girl up front not get my order right after breaking it down for her, she had the most... disrespectful attitude. Also we waited for almost a hour for our order and eventually had to just get a refund and leave withoutthe burger ordered to replace the wrong burger. There was plenty of workers so unsure why they couldn?t get the ordered outbesides the little girl upfront spending more time talking to a friend who came in to being her coffee than doing her job. Food is good. My wife and I went to pick up some whoppers after work, the cashier was very rude and told me that they were only... taking cash only (I didn?t even see the sign until she pointed out after I placed the order) obviously I only had my debit cardso I told her to ring me up on the drive-thru register but , she refused to do it. Finally someone took my card and ring meup. I called the manager and complained. She was very nice and told me that she was going to follow up with my complain. Read more
DON'T GO!!!! Ordered a CB, mustard and tomatoes only. Got a HB, Mayo, lettuce, pickles, onion, tomatoes and a very SPECIAL... piece of RAW MEAT. Will not go back. And you can't call and complain because their phone doesn't work. Read more
