Service was very slow and lots of disappointed customers around our table so we weren?t the only ones experiencing it. Close to... 10 minutes after the server initially took our order, he came back and asked us to clarify our order, which meant less preptime for our meals. Probably wouldn?t come back if it meant waiting again for as long as we did. The two stars are for thequality of the food but if I were to rate the service I?d give negative stars. Read more
Stopped here on my way home; it did not disappoint. Good service and good food. The Mango Strawberry smoothie was smooth and... creamy. The Shrimp Tex-Mex Bowl was filled with Cilantro Lime Rice, Shrimp, Corn, Black Beans, Guac and Tortilla strips. Read more
The food wasn't great, chicken tenders overcooked, honey Barbecue chicken pasta, the chicken only had maybe a smear of the sauce... the chicken was dried out. The kids fries was soggy, they didn't enjoy the food. The only thing that was appetizing was thedessert brownie with ice cream. Will never order take out again. I paid too much money for food to take home and can't eat it.Cook do better on take out orders. Read more

Restaurant mainly empty, and we were sat next to a huge table of kids. 1st mistake. Salad? It was forgotten. Broccoli sent back... cold. Alfredo sauce was nasty, Broccoli while hot the 2nd time, was freezer burnt. Chicken was dry and tasted like card board.Fries undercooked, still cold in the middle. Finally had to go to my car to get sweet n low as I couldn't seem to get iteither. AWFUL experience!!! Read more
Okay, being understanding comes hard when people just can't do their job. The food was okay. Nothing that really says wow! Just... okay. The service needs true help. No refills, no silverware, no ketchup, or no real service. IF you go here, bring patience andtime. I made a note not to go back here. Cheers and enjoy the moments. Read more
The wait for the entree was a little long but we were seated pretty quickly. Our drinks arrived quickly and orders were taken... just as quickly. My ticket ordered mozzarella sticks and they were awesome. My friends ticket ordered the chips and queso, theysaid the chips were extremely salty but she replaced them swiftly. We waited a while for our entree but the wait was worth it.Our meal arrived sizzling and gorgeous. The chicken was tender and moist, shrimp cooked to perfection. My potatoes were a bitover cooked but baby's were cooked right. We were stuffed but I ordered dessert and it tasted just as good as it looked. Theespecially drink was delicious as well. Through it all, our waitress kept our drinks refilled on time and kept the empty dishesof the table. She was courteous and helpful. This Applebee's has improved drastically. Much cleaner but could be better with improved seating. The booths' seats are not... supportive, like the cushion or springs are damaged. The food is delicious but a tad greasy. Service was great though. Read more
