This restaurant location has changed hands a few times but Ty's isn't one of the previous restaurants that should be overlooked.... I was pleasantly surprised by the food here. Was thinking it would be comfort food or your usual bar food but I was blown away.... So many options to choose from the small plates option. Had fire roasted meatballs, crispy parmesan grits, and a phenomenalcoal-roasted beet salad. I tried 2 of the 3 bourbon drinks on the menu. Ty’s is on our regular rotation for dinner but this was my first visit for their new lunch bar. I struggled with what to order... because everything looked great. I decided on the chicken sandwich. Despite the size of the chicken the breading was very lite.The young lady that took my order was very helpful and followed up with me ensuring that I was enjoying my meal.
