This is hands down my favorite nutrition place in all of Charleston. I have been waiting for a healthy smoothie place with... drinks that actually taste good to open and my prayers were answered! Caitlyn, the owner, is one of the sweetest people I haveever met and she is so knowledgable. These protein shakes taste like milkshakes, yet they are extremely healthy. Their teas areloaded with tons of vitamins and are the perfect pick-me-up when I'm dragging in the afternoon. As someone with a major sweettooth, these drinks do the trick. Amazing tea and shakes!
Oh my gosh. 10/10. So amazing. Super super healthy but not at the cost of tastiness. There are so many amazing shake flavors for... all types of people as well as teas. Not only is everything so delicious, but the people who work here are incredible. If I wasa millionaire I would drop $10 on shakes every single day because this place is so amazing. Read more
