Quite possibly the worst Starbucks I have been to in a while. The service is terrible, they often get the order wrong, and... basically have an attitude of not caring. Poor service seems to be the norm around here unfortunately. Read more

I have never felt the need to review a Starbucks but today, I am. I come to this Starbucks quite often and it never fails to... give excellent service. I?m always greeted by the sweetest Starbucks worker. And they?re probably the fastest drive thru I?veever been to. I pulled up this morning at approximately 10:26 and I ordered, paid, received my drink, and I was back on the roadby 10:31. They do tend to get pretty busy but they handle it flawlessly. I'm so done with this location. They need to teach their barristas the difference between a wet and a dry cappuccino, especially... since they are options they offer. For the 3rd time, I've ordered a WET cappuccino, Venti (Italian word that means '20'), andwhen I received it, it felt empty. Starbucks cold Venti drinks are supposed to be 24oz & hot are 20oz. This had barely 10oz inthe drink. The 2nd time thus happened I said something & the manager was there & wanted to argue with me about the definition ofwet vs. Dry, until I pulled it up on Starbucks website. After that, knowing she was wrong, she still did not offered a discount,offer to add more to my drink or remake it, and instead took the narcissist approach and said "Wet or dry, it's how we decide tomake it." Great customer service. (sarcasm) I had a family member recently move here & went to the same location where they hada similar experience yet was so put off by management response that they said they'll never go back. They also said they couldtell the employees seemed afraid to speak up on their behalf, knowing they (customer) were right, and one even quietlyapologized. My previous incident was months ago, so maybe management has changed & this most recent one is just a coincidence,but when a customer pays almost $7 for a 20oz beverage, there better not be 10oz in the cup. I won't be letting this locationtake any more of my money, plus give me a condescending attitude when I simply and politely ask a question. Read more

Very cozy Starbucks. Great outdoor seating. It is not super large inside, so the outdoor seating is great. The bathrooms were... very clean. When I went, I found an accident in the bathroom, but when I told the staff, they were taking care of it inseconds. The staff was friendly and very help. Read more
