I frequent the pier at Mt.Pleasant and I used to enjoy a warm sandwich until I arrived at 7 pm one evening last week and the... young lady behind the counter informed me when I ordered my favorite sandwich that they didn't serve warm or toasted sandwichesone hour prior to closing and I was quite surprised as it's a tourist attraction as well and she was happy to see medisappointed and refused any food and left . I haven't returned either as I worked in a customer service position most of mylife and if your dealing with the public well that's customer service. Best Regards Beverly Morris Read more

In our last two visit the staff was not welcoming and quite rude. They act like they don't like their job, I said thank twice... and they didn't respond and just walk away with a facial expression that say ok now get the hell on. I gave 4 stars because thecafe itself is still nice. Read more

If I could give 10 stars I would. The staff is so friendly and went above and beyond for me and my family. My son is special... needs and is obsessed with the bridge and wanted to have his bday there. So I called ahead and spoke with Jeffery and asked abunch of questions and figured out how to make this happen. Jeffery was so polite and helpful. Answers everything I needed. Evensaved a book for my son in the back for me to purchase about how they built the bridge. He even asked if he could work today tohelp with the party. Everyone was so nice and helped make my sons b'day perfect .So thank u to everyone who worked today and abig huge thanks to Jeffrey. U r awesome and amazing. Read more

Decent snack, sandwich, and ice cream selection here but benefits from being the only thing around for hot and tired locals and... tourists who need to feed hungry or thirsty kids. Other than the supply and demand issues, a decent stop. Read more

Obviously this place is in a beautiful location on the pier but the food is absolutely terrible. The menu kinda makes it sound... appetizing but it's a farce. The staff were so nice but just doesn't make up for the dismal panini I ordered. The cheese wasn'tmelted and it was super greasy and bland. The pictures speak for themselves. It was so bad that I just threw it away. Ice creamis acceptable though. Read more

Great spot for ice cream and a stroll by the bay and the bridge.
