Waited over 20 mins for 2 baggles to be toasted and a latte. Several people who came in after me were served first and had more... items on there order. This location is getting worse and worse, I have tried so many times to give you guys a chance but I think this is it, not only... your employees are rude and incompetent, your food inventory is always the worse. I could definitely see how hard the crew was working to get the orders out as fast as they could. I appreciated the friendly... professional demeanor from the manager in the ????blue button down ?? I savoured both the brownie which was thick, full ofchocolate morsels, and a gigantic kitchen sink cookie which had just the right amount of sea salt so hats off to the Baker onduty. I wish I had read the reviews before I placed an order. Hopefully I can save someone else?s dining experience. I ordered... delivery, through the Panera app, items were missing, items were incorrect, but the thing that shocked me the most was that thebread bowls were on top/uncovered. We tossed them because of the chance of contamination. The driver told me it was her seconddelivery today, that the bread was packaged it in the open, and the other customers had contacted the location.
