Ordered McAlister?s online and did not have a pleasant experience. First off, I work in the food and beverage industry so when... it comes to me complaining, I only do it when it?s necessary. My boyfriend went inside to pick up our order and an item wasunavailable and we were told ?to handle it on our end? rather than just offer a refund right there. Ended up receiving therefund after a manager came. We get home and our salads are side salad portion My salad (on the menu) is listed as the?Southwest Chicken & Avocado Salad? and doesn?t have avocado and has the toppings that were meant to be left off. I am not oneto complain but when you order something as little as this and paying as much as it was, it is disappointing. Read more
Kid's Toasted Cheese There is such thing as a great kid?s toasted cheese. It?s made to not only taste good but to wow?-That is... what the menu claims however the bread was not even toasted also the country potato soup that was supposed to come with muchmore than potato came with nothing no cheese no chives the menu is very misleading also we drove all the way there for Parmesankale soup and tomato soup both of which are on their menu and they had neither one! This was awful. My food wasn?t edible. I ordered the French dip, a house salad, and the broccoli cheddar soup. My sandwich was... burnt and dry. The soup had giant uncooked pieces of broccoli in it. The salad was welted with slimy tomatoes and cucumbers thathad gone bad. I threw away the whole lunch! Waste of money. Will never return. Read more
Online orders always wrong. I don't know why i keep ordering from here. I guess i'll learn someday, but it is often our last... minute dinner choice. Probably order 2 times a month. They always get the order wrong. Even though its printed correct onthe receipt. Whatever food comes with the order is usually decent enough i guess, but its a running joke in our family that itdoesn't matter what we order, they will get it wrong. First time here and I?m a bit disappointed with the quality. The lettuce leaves on my sandwich were wilted and the avocado was... brown- not fresh and green as it should be. The turkey and bacon were good. Portions seem small and not worth it for the price-I?d prefer Panera or Subway. Read more
We had takeout food from this McAlister's Deli last night. I usually always get my favorite Sweet Chipotle Chicken Sandwich. I... cut out bread though so I ordered the 1/2 salad and soup. As you can see in the attached photos, I ordered the SouthwestChicken salad and the Tortilla Soup. The salad was really good but the lime vinaigrette was amazing! The soup was also goodeven on a hot summer day. My wife had the club sandwich and the kids split the broccoli and chicken. The food was pretty goodbut I had to go back in once in the car because they forgot my tortilla soup. When we got home, we realized they forgot thekids fruit. So, kind of a mixed bag but I will probably order this same thing again. Read more
