Had the Italian sub. It was fresh and delicious. The bread was great and I found out they bake it in house. Will go back.

My husband and I decided to stop here for a late afternoon lunch while on vacation. Seemed to be a good option as they reviewed... well, and Google said they weren?t too busy (about 3:00pm). The young man helping us at the front register was very kind andhelpful. He assured me that I could add anything or substitute anything on the menu or even turn any sandwich into a salad. Iordered a classic chicken 6? sub with no cheese and added lettuce, tomato, and pickles. The young man asked if the fried onionswere still okay, and I said yes. Now first of all, I understand that everywhere in the country is having staff shortages andissues, that?s just the way things are now. I was perfectly fine hanging out out for ~30 minutes for my food. But it took 30minutes to seriously mess up my food?! That was the disappointing part. My sandwich had cheese on it (I?m non-dairy), there wasno added lettuce nor tomato nor pickles, and there wasn?t even onions on it. Instead I received a sandwich filled with jalapeñopeppers that made it too hot to even eat. We chose this sandwich shop because we don?t have them at home and wanted to trysomething different. Next time, I?ll just go to my usual Jersey Mike?s. Read more

Totally fine. I wouldn't make a habit of coming here, but it was ok. The fries were good, spicy chicken sandwich was solid and... the steak was fine. Staff was great, very friendly and good service. Read more

Very nice little gems!! First time visit and i must say, i dont ever recall ever having a fresher sandwich. Ordered the Triple... Stack 12" (Forgot name, sorry). Aside from the crunch of the fresh veggies, the bread, meats, and cheese was so soft, itvirtually melted in my mouth with every bite. ???????????????? Dating myself here a bit, but this place is right up there withPort-A-Sub place from the 90s. Fresh, Fresh, Fresh......i will be back....Lastly a big shout out to the staff, all were verypolite and took time to help me and another customer with the menu!!! Thanks!???????? Read more

This place does not even come close to being good. I tried to eat the sandwich but the meat smelled of vinegar and death, I just... couldn't eat it. Decided to call and tell them that meat was bad and they actually told me it wasn't bad it was only sliced 2days ago.... Y'all Arby's is fresher than this place. Not to mention the lack of meat on the sandwich to begin with... Thissandwich was $15! ???? Read more

Hubby had a bad sub experience last week at another place I won't name, and I really wanted a decent sandwich. I heard about... this place and since they were near my work, I stopped in to give them a shot on the way home yesterday. After my fantasticexperience I will definitely be dropping by again whenever I don't feel like cooking! The restaurant is cute and clean, thestaff amazingly friendly, and the food is top-notch. Kayla greeted me from behind the counter as soon as I walked in the door, and she is an absolute delight. She was so warm and friendly, I tried to poach her to come work for me LOL I had the privilegeof meeting the owner, who told me next week is their anniversary celebration and they will be having daily specials and a bigcharity event Saturday, which sounds like a great time. For my hubby I ordered a 12" Hot Pastrami and those famous fries with abig drink. The sandwich is exactly what you want in a hot sub. Fresh bread, crusty outside and soft inside, loaded with tendermeat so perfectly sliced! Most places slice too thin or too thick and sloppy. Jon Smith's does it right! Just the right amountof toothiness. The balance of meat, cheese, and condiments was perfect, the meat so flavorful and fresh! The mustard stood outas very sharp but not overpowering. The fries were hot, fresh, and fun floppy, not overcrisp but still a little steamy andsoft. They gave me lots of ketchup too, which I appreciate. I got myself the Cuban, and it was a decent Cuban. Plenty ofpickles and really good meats. Not sure on the bread, it wasn't exactly the Cuban bread experience I remember from Florida oreven Havana Cafe (RIP) but it was a nice sandwich. I want to try the ham and cheese next, but at least I know when I have aCuban craving I can satisfy it here. This might be my new favorite sandwich shop. They know what they're doing and they seem toenjoy doing it. That's a winning combination! I know I'll be seeing them again soon, because we love sandwich Read more
