I would give No stars if i could, Horrible Customer Service, Called and placed an order for my coworkers and I and as it showed... online one price and was charged more than double when I paid, When questioned about prices, was told I should have asked overthe phone, I said Stated online was one price and looking and the menu right in front of me on THEIR table was another which wasalso supposedly incorrect, then asked for an itemized receipt and was give a hand written one, I believe it was the owner wasextremely rude, told me the prices online were from 10-12 years ago, With todays technology its unacceptable, with looking backat other reviews the over charging goes back 4 years, with multiple complaints, I don't know how they have been getting awaywith over charging and making prices up day to day as they please, the worst customer service and actually worst chinese food wehave ever had Read more

Absolutely stellar Home Style Tofu. They fry it the right way (press and dry the tofu before frying it instead of breading the... tofu and attempting to fry it which just leaves it soggy) their shrimp egg roll is also delicious. My husband loves their friedchicken wings. Love their Veggie and Egg Drop soups. Read more
WORST PLACE EVER. I ordered my food online and online they posted the would be $6.15. When I picked up my food, I was told that... it would be $9.80, and the order included a drink that I did not order. The person who brought me out my food(you are notallowed inside the place) pointed to a handwritten sign on a paper bag that said "Prices may be adjusted due to foodshortages"...how hard is it to change menu prices online??? And the food was horrible and did not include the egg roll that Iwas overcharged for. Read more
When trying to order delivery I was given a price $11.00 over the actual price of the meal when I asked for an itemized receipt,... Natalie (who stated that she was the owner/manager) completely refused saying they don't have that there...and that prices havegone up then what is listed???? I asked again for an itemized receipt and she said she was canceling my order and putting me onthe do not deliver list. I think a business that refuses to give a customer an itemized receipt is highly suspect. Worstcustomer service!!! Put on the never order from this restaurant list!! So this place is really strange.. Almost all the bad reviews have to do with the inconsistent, seemingly made up on the spot... prices. Which are much higher than a usual Chinese takeout place. Also the white lady that is always working the counter cancome off at best aloof, at worst rude as hell. They are still in full Covid lockdown mode as of 6/22. All that said, the qualityof the food is there. With a face lift and better management this place could really be a gem. All in all go there for the food,be prepared to spend about 50% more than usual and deal with some NY city type manners and service. Read more
