I placed a mobile order for pick-up this morning. When I came in they didn't have it. When I looked at my phone I saw asap so I... told them I messed up but needed my order (employee meeting) and they quickly got it together. I apologized profusely and theyoung lady treated me kindly and respectfully saying it's ok. Everyone makes mistakes. I realized after our meeting that Inever submitted the order. I went back and paid for it after explaining the manager what had happened. He understood and wegot it rectified without judgment. The kindness and professionalism I dealt with today was amazing and I can't say enough goodthings about them!! Huge thank you to the staff!! Read more

IZZY IS AMAZING! She was left to work the ENTIRE store on a monday morning! She made sure to to take care of everyone to the... best of her ability, she truly deserves an award or raise of some kind! 1 person in the building taking orders through drive through and at the counter. She was super friendly so this absolutely does... not reflect her. But for safety reasons she should not be the only person in the building. For another, you guys lose customerswhen you understaff like this. 4 cars drove off out of line because of the wait, and you can't expect this nice lady to do itall by herself. If there's no line staff available then management or the owner themselves need to jump in and help or shutdownfor the day. Dunkin was my first job, I worked years in food service and this is definitely not okay. Won't be back for awhile. Read more

The personality and attitude of the lady at the drive through was terrible. How is polite, pleasant customer service not a... requirement in business these days? I smiled and thanked the miserable employee, who said nothing and looked away as the windowclosed. At least the coffee was good. Consistently poor. I was so happy when this stand alone Dunkin? opened as I live 3 miles away, unfortunately they continually... underwhelm. It?s not just that the service is typically slow but that the staff is always unfriendly, unprofessional and have apoor attitude. I?ve tried now for months hoping it would improve, it hasn?t. 8:30am, out of donuts and bagels, no sign to indicate that. Long line, slow service. Placed my order via the app, said they... can't refund, I have to call corporate who is only open during the week. Was going to come lower my score, but 0 isn't allowed.You place your order, then pull up the window and what do they always ask you. What was your order... What kind of donuts, whatkind of bagels. My boyfriend and I each ordered a sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. After our first bite, we realized we each got half... a sausage patty, no egg, and minimal cheese.
