Probably the worst service I've ever had at a Dunkin' if I'm being honest. The wait in the line was extended, line almost in the... street but... it was early in the morning and everyone is trying to get in and get their coffee so I understand. I noticed thatthe woman taking orders through the speaker was extremely rude! Interrupting the woman ordering in front of me several times,speaking over her, asking her to repeat herself several times. When I got up to the order speaker it was simple because Ialready knew what I wanted but the lady still found a way to have an attitude with me. When I got to the window I handed thewoman my card and she just looked at me, turned around and then back around, after a second she read my order, I confirmed itand then she took my card. She handed it back and shut the window. After several minutes another woman snatched the window openand said very aggressively "Ma'am... what are you still waiting on?!?!" I told her "Um... everything... I haven't gottenanything yet..." she just looked at me, probably trying to figure out if I was lying I guess, looked around, read my order to meagain, looked to her right where my oder had been sitting, and finally handed it to me. Cream on top of my drink had alreadymelted. I work 5 minutes from here and when I got to my office and opened my bag it. My sandwich bag looked crumpled up likethey balled it up and unraveled it to put my sandwich in it, my bagel was brunt but I took a bite giving it the benefit of adoubt and, in fact, it was burnt and was inedible. I ordered a large order for a KW real estate team and scheduled to pick it up at 7:15. When I got There at 7:30 they said they... didn?t have the order and the lady behind the counter yelled at me and asked for proof when I showed her proof of the order,with the location she told me I had to pay for it again ?because that wasn?t proof I paid for it? she was loud and aggressive.Because my event was starting in an hour I paid $153.00 twice. I will never come to this location again. As a precious franchiseowner myself she needs to be terminated. It was apparent she was the manager because she was rude to her crew as well. This location is THE worst Dunkin I have ever been to. The most rude employees with the inability to understand the most simple... of requests. The drive thru takes an eternity and even when you wait it out, you get treated like your inconveniencing them.Spend your money somewhere someone will appreciate it. This used to be my go to Dunkin?s, but no longer. Had the worst experience yesterday. I ordered a cookie butter doughnut through... the app. They did not have it in stock and I asked for a refund. They told me to get the refund through the app which is notpossible and can be done by filing a case with corporate. When I explain to them that it?s not easy to get a refund through theapp, the manager came and yelled at me, accusing me of asking for a full refund for my entire order, which i certainly had notasked for. When I explained, I simply wanted my two dollar doughnut refunded. She did give me $2, but continued to try and fightwith me, saying, ?so you don?t think I can talk to you however I want?? Honestly it was a lot of drama for 7 o?clock in themorning over a donut. To make matters worse, the coffee I got was only 3/4 full and the breakfast sandwich was completely burnt(black). I usually stop by here on the way to work to buy breakfast for my team, but it looks like I?m going to have to find anew coffee shop altogether. Read more
