This isn't a full Dunkin store; it's an express Dunkin counter inside a convenience store. So, unfortunately, it doesn't have... any bagels, breakfast sandwiches, etc. It does have donuts and the usual array of coffee drinks, though. The staff was loudlyjoking and talking with each other across the store, between Dunkin and the store's main checkout counter, which seemedunprofessional to us. This drive-thru is my son?s and my happy place, we go here at least twice a week. I don?t understand the other recent comments... because the employees are always so kind to us and don?t get our orders wrong. Maybe once or twice they got it wrong but that?snothing considering how much we go there. Sometimes the line is long, but that?s because they are short-staffed and that isn?tthe staffs fault; being short-staffed is more stressful on them than on us; give them a break. Seriously, they are the nicestand funniest people in the service industry. I have had a lot of great laughs here. Long line at drive thru, need more help, but good coffee and service when we got to the window to Cash out
Worst Dunkin I've ever been too. The people at the register refused to take my order and made me use a kiosk. Placed an order... and promptly received my coffee then waited 10 minutes for a dozen donuts. When I finally asked what was going on I was toldthat I should have let them know that I ordered donuts cuz it wasn't on the receipt despite me having a copy of said receiptwith the donuts on it. Of the 12 donuts I got 60% we're not even the ones I ordered which is amazing considering they only had 4donut options at the time and each donut I ordered was specified on the receipt. Horrible. Went to the driveway and was greeted with ?we only have three employees today; thanks for being patient?. I thought,... no problem, appreciated the heads up. A moment later we placed our order of 5 wake up wraps. The immediate snappy response?You?re going to order 5 wraps in a drive thru!? We?ve done it tons of times at other locations without any issue. If it?s aproblem, could have been handled by asking us to run in and grab them. Incredibly rude and unnecessary so we left since itseemed we were an inconvenience to the employee. Read more
