Taste ok but might be the thinnest milkshake I?ve ever had. Basically just chocolate milk.
Ordered a customized birthday cake 48 hours in advance pulled up to the window to pick it up with my confirmation number and... paid receipt only to be told that they were very sorry they didn?t make the cake and asked if I could pick it up tomorrow? This is the best place to get ice cream in Mount Pleasant. Huge selection of flavors, AMAZING customer service, fast drive-thru,... and even have dairy free and low sugar options. I was even able to get ice cream for my puppy. We will be back! Read more
We went 2 nights in a row while visiting and it was the same 2 boys working. They were lovely and service was great!
The staff did not have on hairnets, which led to having hair in my ice cream, I was offered another icecream, and just a sorry.... The flavors were great, by the hair in my 3rd scoop down after the first rwo scoops, ruined the experience for me. Will not becoming back here. Read more
My fiance and I showed up at 9:30pm. As we pulled in to our parking spot the kids working there made eye contact through the... window at us and didn?t look happy. As we got out of the car, they shut the lights off and went to hide. The sign on thebuilding, Google and their phone recording when called said open till 10. Very unprofessional business. Read more
Not bad. Had 4 people working in a rather small space but working hard to get everyone's order ready while attending a drive... through as well. Outdoor seating was available - 4 tables seating 4 comfortably. They had a couple of refrigerators for icecream cakes and some other treats to take out. Waited in the drive through for over 15 minutes. Pulled up to the window before 9:30 and was told they had already shut down one... cooler and did not have vanilla to make my drink. Can not understand why they would start removing the most basic I've creammore than 30 mins before closing. Read more
