I expected when I ordered a sandwich without the bun that I would receive the entire toppings and the extra lettuce as bun... replacement just as I ordered it . I instead got a little tub of mayo with a piece of chicken and the smallest piece of lettuce. That's not a sandwich mate that's a scam. You can't charge someone 6.99 for one piece of chicken and one piece of lettuce . Read more

I love Wendy?s but this was the third time in a row I?ve had a negative experience at this Wendy?s and by far the worst. I won?t... be going back! A couple of car in the drive thru but took 25 minutes to get food. Order was completely wrong and I had to dealwith attitude at the window. Horrible! Read more

They were very short staffed, they had to shut the dining room down because of said shortage, but they didn't bother to put a... sign up to let anyone know. But as I went thru drive thru the manager did apologize for the wait and everything so that wasdecent. I understand being short staffed. I used to work fast food, as a skeleton crew it wasn't easy but we made it work. Read more

No customers in there. Absolutely dead. A few through the drive through during the 45m we sat in there eating. Had me wondering... how horrible this restaurant was. Lol. Food was alright. Floors were nasty, wet and sticky. Flies all over. But they worked toget our food out pretty fast. Discontinued items still on the menu. We wouldn't go back. Read more

We ordered through the app and chose the curbside pick up option. We notified the staff through the app that we had arrived in... the parking lot, and sat there for at least 30 minutes. We decided to pull through the drive thru and the staff was standing atthe registers on their phones. I notified them that we had been waiting for an order, and they only thing they said was "pullaround". It then took an extra 10 minutes for our food to be made, missing some ingredients. Read more

Absolutely livid about this, like their suppose to make fresh salads everyday, and this is what I recieved from drive-thru. It... appeared fine just looking at the salad, but when i got home and notice underneath, how brown the lettuce was. If Dave Thomasknew how employees are serving ppl anything these days, he would turn over in his grave. Please check your salads throughly.NEVER AGAIN!!!!. Read more
