My mom ordered ahead on the app and it took maybe 5 minutes for it to be made while we were on our way over

I went to purchase a sub with a coupon. Went to checkout and was very disappointed to find out that the sub I ordered did not... apply. The coupon was for a 7.99 dollar meal. I ended up paying $15 for a sub that I never would have purchased if it weren?tfor the coupon. I am very upset. I can buy 3 hot and ready pizzas at Little Caesars for the price I paid for this one sub. I seeabsolutely no reason to return. Read more

Service has been declining the past couple years and today was the culmination for me of the worst experience yet. I ordered a... roasted chicken breast footlong and received a footlong turkey breast. I called them and asked for a manager and a guy namedTyler told me there wasn't one on staff. I explained about my sandwich and he said their digital receipt said turkey. I saidthat the half of sub I had in front of me only had 2.5 pieces of turkey on it (and its thin deli slices). He said the sandwichshould have been made with 12. I checked the other half and it had 4. He said I could bring the sandwiches back and they'dremake them but I refused, saying I was tired and been out all day but that it would be a very long time, if at all, that Ireturned. In these current times, eating out is a splurge for my son and I (single mom), so it rarely happens. I try to makedecent choices when I can and Subway is healthier than other fast food but I want it to be right when I order especially sinceits a 'treat' for us. I just feel angry about the whole experience and lack of real concern on their part. Tyler wasn'tapologetic, sounding or in words. Having to get back in the car and drive back over there and wait (we had a long wait for thesandwiches to be made) again for remakes just didn't seem worth it. Its not like we'd even get to keep the incorrect sandwich.He said we needed to bring them back. He told me to 'have a nice rest of the day' but like everything else, it didn't seemsincere. I'm over this Subway. Also, they are no longer serving cucumbers on their sandwiches (a key component of mine) becausethey are too expensive, per Tyler. Read more

Worst location I've ever visited! Zero customer service! I ordered a wrap which is saved in my favorites on app, in app I made... it a meal and ordered an extra drink. Get there to puck it up for whatever reason app didn't make it a meal or the extra drink.So I ask them how much to just make it a meal. They proceed to tell me that now I have to pay the full regular price just like anew order rather than just canceling out my order and fixing the error! Read more

This place has a drive true which was nice that I didn't have to get the kids out of the car. Was very good at taking the order... everything was right. Sure beats must fast food places. Read more

Had ordered six subs the night of this visit. A 25 minute drive one way because our local subway closes at 8. It was well worth... the drive! Fastest I've ever had subs made at a subway. The subs were well put together and full. The all around quality of thesubs were the best we've ever had. The employees were fun and enjoyable to speak with while they worked on my order. I will begoing back to this location!! Read more
