I have been buying pizza here since 1993. I called in my order today for a pick up order. Got hung up twice tringvto place my... order. Finally gotbmy order in on the third try. This was the WORST service I have ever received from this place. The employeeon the phone was rude as heck. If I get treated like this again we will be taking our business else where. Online ordering wouldn't work so I called my order in. I got the wrong pizza, ordered The Meats got The Works. The person who... took the order said it was the same pizza. They are not. I ordered spicy pepperoni bites and he didn't know what those were. Isaid they are on your website. He finally figured it out. Then they got our name wrong even after I spelled it. I went in on a day after work. My sugar was extremely low. So low i wasnt making much sense when i spoke. (Hence the reason why... i was at a pizza place.) Melissa called for help. (as she was unaware of my medical condition) The ambulance was called and sowere the cops. They helped with bringing my sugar up and once the help had left, melissa made sure i was set with whatever ineeded until i could finish. She was very helpful and polite. I go into papa johns regularly and the specials are pretty decent.Melissa allowed me to try the cinnamon bread stuff and let me tell u................AMAZING!!! IT WAS LIKE HEAVEN IN MYMOUTH!!! A great experience. The parmesan crusted pizzadillas are absolutely delicious. I wanted the Philly cheese steak with regular... pizza sauce instead of ranch. There was no way to specify this online and the manager was super sweet and helpful assisting meby phone. We also ordered the parmesan crusted BBQ chicken pizzadilla with honey mustard dipping sauce. Very delicious. Youcould eat one of these on the go since they are not very messy! Read more
