I absolutely love this place!! Staff is amazing, food is fresh, and the prices are reasonable. I live close by so I walk there... for takeout. We stopped at Los Amigos in Mt. Pleasant on a Saturday evening around 7pm for dinner. The open sign was lit, but there was only... one car in the parking lot, so we were concerned that maybe there was a problem with the food or service and people didn?t wantto eat there?. Not the case at all though. We were promptly seated, the service was great, and the food was excellent! Theirprices are pretty much standard. The portion size of my fajita nachos was on the small size for a dinner portion, but again thequality made up for the size. The restaurant is a little off the main road, but easy enough to spot. One minor complaint I didhave was that they were sweeping and mopping the dining room floor while we were eating. They kept their distance, but thesmell of bleach was a little off putting as we were trying to eat. Also, as we left, the servers both looked at as and kepttalking to each other, not acknowledging us as we left. Not big things that would keep us from going back, but enough to notgive five stars. Los Amigos is a wonderful family style Mexican restaurant located in Mount Pleasant Michigan. I come here often because the food... is consistently fire every time and the staff is friendly. They also have reasonable prices that doesn?t hurt my wallet. Iusually order the taco salad with steak or the chicken street tacos! Read more

Was visiting Mt Pleasant and had a craving for Mexican. Food was good and service was good. Was looking forward to a margarita... but they don't serve alcohol. Only gripe was that they upcharged $6 or so to add lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream to my $13steak burrito. Read more

Coming from someone who's both dined in an ordered frequent drive-thru, I'm just going to be blunt and say the prices are not... worth it. Food quality is good and cleanliness is up to par. The brand new server was extremely friendly. But I got charged (noteven kidding) $5 for extra cilantro and onions on this last trip through the drive-thru. Really a bummer because we like it herejust not worth the cost. Won't be back for a while. Food cost went up my foot???? oh yeah the photo is of a taco supreme I thinkthere's maybe one tomato in there???? also ask for flatware if you need it. Read more
