Aside of having to repeat everything I wanted 5 times and having to literally spell out every single thing bc the person on the... other end spoke 5% English and 95% foreign language. And having that same person assume that everything was a separate order. 2ranch one pizza and a pasta bowl. Plus not asking how it?s being paid for. It was ok. I don?t know if dominos no longer has adirect store number but this sounded like the car warranty people. Plus I was told 2 hours for delivery?AFTER they already tookmy payment. As if Americans don't have it hard enough with covid and finding a job Domino's has decided to outsource their calls to a call... center in India with people that can barely understand let alone speak English. So when you go to place an order you get to dealwith somebody asking a ridiculous amount of questions because they're in another country and guess what happened I went throughthe exhausting experience of ordering with somebody that could barely understand English and could speak it even less waited awhole hour to find out when I called up to the store and finally got somebody that actually worked in the Mount PleasantMichigan store that my order hadn't even been placed!! I will never order from Domino's again there's enough competition outthere when they bring jobs back to Americans that live here in America I might consider it again Read more
The food here is hit or miss. Sometimes it's really good, others not. This past weekend my chicken Alfredo pasta was dry, cold... and had 6 pieces of chicken but I have had the same item in the past and it was great. Have to take ur chances on who is workingI guess. Read more
Sometimes they forget to leave off the onions from my sub, but the food itself is always good. Great deals on stuff we like,... and I LOVE the options for sauce instead of pizza sauce. We have always have great service too. Definitely has become afavorite. Read more
It's pretty bad when you go and order a pizza and you go to pull into the restaurant and they've got their delivery cards lined... up where customers should be able to pull in and pick up their pizzas instead you have to park over in the gas station and walkover to get your pizza I think management ought to do something about all these vehicles or come out back don't park them infront where your customers come and get their Pizza it is really rude and just courteous to your customer so have a great dayand I hope they get this because next time I won't order from them if there's four delivery cars in the front of the store Read more
First time eating at a Domino's in a very long time. Staying at the soaring eagle casino and resort. Ordered the Philly cheese... steak pizza. That was very good. Decided to order some wings. I don't know where they got their wings from but they look likebaby chickens. I didn't realize that they just drizzle the sauce over the meat as well. Honestly, the wings were a verytasteless as was the sauce especially the barbecue. I was really disappointed. I did call to voice my opinion and was offered a$10 credit. We don't have a Domino's where I live. For the price I was just upset. Read more
