Do you like your French dip? Best bet don't order it especially online or delivery they will forget it almost every time... especially during the evening hours. I'm not sure why you wouldn't put the sauce in the bag?? It's a regular order.. doyourselves a personal favor DONT FORGET THE DAMN DIPPING SAUCE. Simple and easy to remember. Read more
Got my food in the drive thru when I got back to work it was the wrong order. I called and let them know they told me to come... back and get my order. When I got there I went in and waited 10 min. Watched a girl touch her face then get fries for an ordernot to mention when I walked in my feet stuck to the mat by the door and also the floor all the way to the counter. Good food. My biggest issue is their packing- they ALWAYS put my napkins and/or fries right on top of buffalo chicken sliders. ... Seriously, they need to be more careful or bag/package them differently. Read more
The staff was very patient. Which helped immensely because our driver was a bit deaf due to his age. I got the number 5 and it... was absolutely delicious. That was my first time at an Arby's. The curly fries were average. Nothing fantastic. The lemonade wasnot good at all though. I'm a lemonade lover to the max and that was probably the worst lemonade I've ever had. I almost wishthey poured tap water in it to help even out the flavor. They forgot to give us napkins. Usually I wouldn't care either way butthe sandwich I ordered was very saucy so napkins were pretty much a necessity. Other than that, it was a fine experience. Paid for two turnovers that I didn't receive. When I got my gyros they looked like the pics....when I spoke to the manager I... was polite and hung up on....no refunds offered. Only my missing products promised to be replaced the next day. I will NEVERRETURN! Read more
