We visited today for the first time in a while. The staff were friendly and the store was clean but there was a lack of flavors... (they all worked). I understand with not being many flavors if it was slowing down, it was just a little disappointing. I was highly disappointed. I brought my two kids there for a treat. They had one each that were only 1/3 loosely filled and I... had one that was half filled. The total was over $20! I could have bought 3 tubs of expensive ice cream for that. Also, theyused styrofoam for the cups which is never a good option and I'll never go back. Read more

We had to actually call the store to get someone?s to come out, she ?didn?t hear us come in? while she was in the back sat down.... Me and a friend were stood out by the cash for 12 minutes before calling in. By this time my frozen yogurt was melted while wewaited and she didn?t even so much as apologize for it.
